Called to the Quebec Bar in 2017, Nicolas practices in the fields of civil and commercial litigation, namely as to shareholder disputes, insolvency, commercial leasing, etc. Dynamic and professional, he represents entrepreneurs, lessors and authorized insolvency trustees. Trial hardened, Nicolas has cumulated significant experience before Quebec’s trial courts, the Quebec Court of Appeal and arbitration tribunals. Amongst his most notable experiences, Nicolas has obtained favorable judgments on the merits of oppression and reviewable transaction cases.

Nicolas is passionate about litigation and deploys earnest efforts to effectively meet the needs and expectations of his clients, representing them before the courts when necessary.

Before joining Calex Legal in 2024, Nicolas worked in various sizeable law firms and occupied seats on the board of directors of different non-profit organizations.
