Maria joined the CaLex business law team as a student in January of 2023 during her training for a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s in Business Administration in the cooperative program at the University of Sherbrooke. During her training, she had the opportunity to work on various cases of mergers and acquisitions and tax restructurings, developing a strong interest in the practice of tax law. Maria is currently studying for a Master’s in Tax Law at HEC Montréal, also supporting the corporate team in matters of tax law.
